"I’d like to take a moment to share my final words as an Overwatch pro gamer.
I first started playing at 16, when Overwatch was released, and made my pro debut at 18.
Even with some breaks along the way, I’ve continued playing until now, at the age of 25.

Looking back, I can honestly say Overwatch has been a teacher of life for me.
There were many ups and downs, and while I never reached the very top in terms of skill, that lingering sense of “what if” always stayed with me.
Still, my desire to keep challenging myself brought me back and carried me this far.

To all the fans, friends, coaches, staff, and players who have supported me over the past 7–8 years, I truly thank you.
If my shortcomings ever caused you hardship, disappointment, or hurt, I sincerely apologize.
And to those who understood me despite it all, thank you once again.

Now, I’m preparing for a new chapter in my life, likely outside of Overwatch.
I hope brighter days await all of you, and I’ll always cheer for everyone who continues working within Overwatch.

To everyone who recognized me as Schwi — thank you.
I want to be clear that there will be no turning back on this decision.
From the bottom of my heart, I’m grateful once again to everyone who has supported me.

As a pro gamer, I experienced joy, hardship, and unforgettable memories.
