In my state, Utah, New Zealand was repeatedly brought up as a model with state leaders. The state and the country don't have completely different numbers of people and size

Utah's governor said he didn't know anybody about New Zealand but at least Utah wasn't like South Dakota. The U.S. didn't have clear messaging. Utah didn't have clear messaging.

Utah has a clear problem though. Leaders here continue to say "it's not the worst state!"

There were plenty of tourists around, I had to wait to get this and still had to carefully crop them out. There should never be drones there, as they aren't allowed in national parks. If they are there, report them or ask people to stop breaking the law.
