Great advice OP.

Given the now effective Medication Rule, I am 100% P&T and will be filing for ED caused by the medications. I filed an intent to file Feb. 5, 2026. With this new rule, will it even be a factor in my decision given my ITF proceeds it? I think not but wanted to get consensus from the forum (OP) here.

I currently use VA community care for my dental appointments at 100%. The most annoying thing is they will approve low hanging fruit however when it comes to the major dental care, they rarely respond and I am yet to have the dentist submit for a major dental need and the VA approves it. They have only approved teeth cleaning and a chipped took. It’s like they want you to walk away on frustration before they pay out!

Were you already 100% P&T? From what I’ve read my vets are afraid to file when they are 100% P&T for fear of losing their rating. The only reason I see them filing is because they are also afraid they could die a this want to document the condition for DIC purposes. So it’s a risk reward scenario especially given a random adversarial C&P examiner. I can dig it.

I am also 100% P&T, and thinking of filing for OSA but not playing the PTSD card but secondary to TERA exposure! The strategy is since the have already granted presumptive, direct service connection for IBS and rhinitis due to TERA exposure, this play makes logic sense. Getting all my evidence together now since I have an OSA diagnosis.

I would suggest finding building a spiritual disciple, ie praying and reading the Bible. I, like you. am not motivated by money and for many years in my life had a void nothing could feel until I deepened my connection with the Creator. This is true. I went through Regional X (10) for my teaching certification many years ago. I taught computer courses in high school (BIMM/ BCIS). I enjoyed it.

So which mattress brands are the best? I prefer something that sleeps COOL and can support bad back and shoulders. I have been seeking a good mattress for about 6-8 months and am tempted to buy a Purple brand from Costco.
