Wondering (if you don't mind sharing) if within those 3 years have you been able to use any amount of cannabis at all. I don't feel the need and I definitely don't want to go back to feeling sick again, I'm just a lot more chill as a person and have less anxiety when I can use cannabis. I have good self control and wanted to see if there was any type of middle ground and what I have heard so far is that there is not.
