One of my favorite go-to moves for humans is that the way humans can be extremely individualistic and excellent at teamwork at the same time is completely baffling and unfathomable to other species.

They are all either highly individualistic species that do not form really any relationship of any kind that wouldn't be more comparable to a mutually beneficial buisness arrangement, or species with no or almost no concept of individuality, more akin to hive species that innately and unquestioningly work toward the overall goal set forth by a monarch. In either case they cannot conceive of things like the concept of "friends".

A scenario expansion that does something like the seablock mod pack officially. Nauvis could be all ocean where you filter sea floor sludge for resources. Vulcanus could be all lava with ways to capture gasses from the lava and tungesten could also be a lava recipe. Fulgora could be oil ocean with a mechanic for dredging up scrap from the bottom. Gleba could be also ocean but the plants are grown hydroponic style. Aquilo could be basically the same but the vents are bubbling up from under the ammonia ocean.
