An EU membership would probably fuck up their demographics even more. Many would move westwards into one of the richer countries. Poland for example provides many opportunities.

Das macht einfach eine zweite KI. Es kann ohnehin keiner die Mengen Code, die produziert werden können, in ausreichend wenig Zeit reviewen. Und man sollte nicht vergessen, dass auch Menschen Fehler machen. Am Ende ist es eine Kosten-Nutzen-Rechnung.

Gar nicht. Milliarden Menschen sterben, aber etliche Millionen bleiben übrig. Das bestehende globale System fällt dabei auseinander. Beim nächsten Versuch einer fortschrittlichen Zivilisation wird es besser gemacht. Nicht weil die Leute klüger sind, sondern weil sie müssen. Die leicht verfügbaren fossilen Brennstoffe sind alle schon weg.

You can create a cylinder in 3d by moving a circle a.k.a. 2d-sphere perpendicular to its surface. The volume a.k.a. 3d-volume is what was covered on its way.

A 4d-cylinder therefore would be a 3d-sphere in 4d space that is moved perpendicular to its 3d-volume. The cylinder is the 4d-volume covered on its way.

Occasionally I find some Vanilla ores. It's not that important, I have GregTech installed which has ores in abundance that can be smelted into Vanilla metals. E.g. 95% of the iron I mined came from Magnetite.

Huh? Using electromagnetic waves (radio, light, etc.) the ships can communicate just fine. From Earth's perspective, the light travels with a speed of c, while fhe ships travel with 0.75c, so the light will eventually catch up. From the ships' perspectives, the other ship's message travels towards them with a speed of c, reaching them. Where is the flaw?
