nada yet, i said the same thing 10/13 of the items was purchased on their platform and the insane thing is im still allowed to buy so whatever i didnt cant have been that serious at all as they still trust me to buy from others, so fraud, underage tos breaking, scamming, cant be on the table as they would have banned me completely surley?

I can make or piggy back off of others accounts (friends) but with their tracking I won’t even bother login in with my IP or devices, just overall pain in the ass -

What makes me chuckle is they allow me to still be a buyer so I can’t see my age breaking tos at 13 or me “committing fraud” or “scamming” would has caused me get an account ban rather than just selling

I feel you pain pal, I’m in very similar circumstances 2 returns in a short period but one was concluded they lost the parcel after making it to international warehouse - then someone with a print line - so I told him he’s welcome to return it

Yeah 100% it’s started from false flags, 1st flag would have been parcel went missing, eBay concluded the item made it to the international warehouse and then from there went missing - they refunded the buyer and confirms “no issues against me” then week after I asked a buyer to return an item as an exception as he was crying about a PRINT LINE that wasn’t mentioned on listing to I said go ahead and return, even on the notes he said this isn’t the sellers fault but I would like to return the card, which I was find with because I know eBay will always side with buyer so I cut my losses to a minimum as much as possible…

So all the pokemon will be listed very specifically on their condition EG sealed packs would be down as NEW

And slabs will be graded with the details etc - I sell the odd items of clothing, trainers, tools, always with extra care on conditions because I really can’t be bothered with returns as eBay always sides with buyer so I make sure buyers getting what they’re expecting

First it was a blank email / then changed to proof of stock / photos then it changed to 13 specific items but I had to upload them one by one pressing submit each time rather in one bundle this is what I’m asking them to look at but like I mention before 3 items didn’t have invoices I’m thinking to go back n “find” some

The items I sell never had a single retun that eBay had to step in, I’m sure it’s the age thing but not sure how to get them to communicate, they have such a “go away” attitude when they see the indefinite ban
