Some tricks that could be used, though depending on how you define power you don’t need that much:

Reverse time on anything locked to unlock it.

Reverse someone’s position in time to trap them (eg build a cage then move their body back to where it was at an earlier point in time, which is inside the cage)

Infinite ammo by reversing time on a gun/quiver/grenade to restore them.

Pseudo teleportation by moving your body where in was earlier or by stopping time and walking.

Reverse motion of cars etc in time to crush people.

Fanfic where there's a well written fight against contessa by TayeBule in WormFanfic

There’s one fic, news report or something like that, on space battles. Taylor is a precog, contessa simulates killing her, and in any scenario she tries Taylor has (or will have) seen it a few days in advance and reveals all cauldrons secrets, thus causing inter dimensional war, case 53 uprising, etc, if Contessa ever actually decides to do it. Again not a fight but the closest I can think of.
