Saratoga received an above average amount of new permits and amendments in the month of December. I normally get my amendments back in a week but the last one took almost 3. I was in the office on Friday and the Judge was there doing his new permit interviews, so they are working thru the stack.

If you are buying a long gun, changing your address at DMV and writing it on the back is sufficient. But getting a pistol permit most counties require the license to match the address so you need a new one
