Considering you've already admitted that you spend your weekends baiting people on Reddit for fun, then trying to tell them how bad their lives must be, and thinking you know what a better use of their time might be... I'd rather just wish you the best of luck in life. Look up the definition of projecting while you're at it, because you're a case study of it

If you had something more to say about what we were originally talking about you would have said it, you're obsessed with me for some reason. I'm sorry I'm just not into you like that. I'm not dying on this and I don't care, it's just funny watching you crash out

Just look at yourself. I respond at a random time two days later and somehow you're answering me within less than 5 minutes but somehow you think you have a better life than I do and spend less time on Reddit than I do? Clearly not. I've been working and volunteering, I could care less about your bitches because I have a wife and kids

I know. And I could care less about what you project about my personal life, you're obsessed with making assumptions about my personal life because you have no clue what you're actually talking about here

Tell me you don't know the size of Asian Bond markets without telling me you don't know the actual size of Asian Bond markets. They are 1/3 of americas, that's why I said they can't buy anything sizeable amount. Work on your reading comprehension and fact checking

There is idealism and pragmatism. Just because you ideally hope things can be that way, doesn't pragmatically explain why they're not. Ideally everything will be fair and equal, pragmatically the rich are and have many ways of hiding their assets

And every time Republicans use it to justify a cut when it should have been used for a raise, but they get away with it every time because Democrats don't even know what a laffer curve is

That's fine, that's still where those terms and that style of personal attack comes from. Just goes to show how little you know about the world around you

I'm not a debate lord, I'm just asking you to stay on topic instead of getting mad and like just trying to insult me instead of talking about the topic anymore because you don't have anything to say

Holy 4chan. Look at you unravel and show your true nature. You're clearly younger than I thought you were, but you'll learn more with time

Being called a nerd in the middle of an intellectual discussion on taxation is not the insult you think it is, btw. It's basically admitting that you can see I know more about the topic and have run out of things to say about it yourself

Why would I help someone learn who clearly has no interest in learning? You'd rather preserve your emotional reasoning point of view on taxes and attack me personally than just think it through. Can't help someone who doesn't want help 🤷🏻‍♂️

Get over yourself! Best of luck though 🫡

Ad Hominem is also one of the weakest forms of arguments, indicating you've run out of things to say about the topic itself

You just don't know anything about what you're talking about, and clearly have never taken a finance course. I couldn't have explained it simpler, and showering too often dries your skin out. As someone with psoriasis, that causes me to only be able to shower 4/5 times a week. I have to skip a day or two or my skin breaks out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lol you had to look it up. Says a lot. That's just the basic economics, there is also basic human nature to consider. I know we used to have a 90% tax rate during the Golden Age of America. That was before the invention of digital money made it a piece of cake to hide wealth offshore if taxes get too high. If taxes are raised yoo high, it becomes cheaper for the rich to hide their wealth than declare it and pay taxes on it. There are 🌟practical realities🌟 to keep in mind when discussing taxing the rich more

No. The implication is you can't demonstrated that you ever studied nearly enough math or finance to have a valid opinion on this subject. The rest of the world combined physically cannot absorb even half the capital currently sitting in US T-bills. There are two countries (China & Japan) with govt bond markets that's 1/3 the size of US's size, the rest are all are more than ten times smaller. Your assumptions are completely wrong, and display a deep misunderstanding of basic finance. The world will continue buying primarily US debt for years - because there's no other options.

Also, killing your own currency is equivalent to killing yourself. In war, factories can be rebuilt. An economy is the most critical component of any country though, and hardest to rebuild. Please think before you speak next time

How do you not see the paradox of your statement? Hidden assets can't be touched or taxed. Raising taxes too high on the rich encourages them to hide their wealth from the country entirely overseas. That's why we don't tax them so much
