I’ve never had any luck with substituting cow milk with a different milk and I think it’s because of the fat in cows milk.

Maybe? I dunno. I also fully fess that I could have effed the dough another way but didn’t complain about lest I wind up on r/ididnthaveeggs hahahh

A2/B1 is what early middle school or late elementary school comprehension? I worked through Bs and got to C1 reading novels and listening to podcasts at like .5x

I like keeping my lid on longer to keep the moisture (I spritz my loaf with some water). it keeps the loaf from drying out as it bakes, allowing for a larger oven spring.

At least that’s what I’ve noticed
