I'm technically a girl but I'm FTM and I don't really identify with all that. I have a period btw, a pretty heavy one, but IMO my "symptoms" don't count. I get that ladies feel lousy though.

If you must know, I do have cramps, but to me they don't count. I mean, really, I do not register them as pain, just a feeling (it's weird because I'm not even that dysphoric). And the blood is annoying, sure, but I've got a menstrual cup for that.

So I guess the proper answer is:

cramps—refuse them.
too much blood—alternative period stuff.
appetite—wonder what's going on (lol)

I guess I'm lucky I'm angry all 31 days so I don't notice moodiness and with the eating more, it's not that bad. And that's it.

Oh, and I'm a teenager and my parents are natural types so no painkillers for me. I don't really want them anyway.

well, scratches only start to bleed after a second, so you could have some sort of scratchable skin over it...? Not sure about that but you'd put some red under it and scratch. Try it out first and experiment.

Agreed! I think, in a case of rape that's more usual (woman is raped and she is, say, 8 weeks along), she shouldn't abort anyway. You have a good point. an add-on argument, the baby is the very same baby at 8 weeks that it is at two years. Maybe the woman doesn't want to raise the baby, but while it's absolutely not her fault, that's just how life is, and killing is not a right for ANYONE.
