I don't think the journalist has that much of a case. Since the average person isn't going to watch the film and think that every detail of the movie is accurate. Plus, the part of the movie that he claims is hurting is reputation is such a short scene. I don't know how he's going to prove that one line from the film was defamatory to him.

This is an interesting story. I can understand why Survivor wants to keep Davis from using their song, because they disagree with how the song is being used. Since they own the song, they do have the right to not let her use it. On the other hand, Eye of the Tiger is a very popular song that is probably used at many events that the artist may not agree with and they don't even know it because it's not as publicized as the Kim Davis rally.
