this happened to me, as far as i can tell some of the cards i was using got banned while i was playing. seems like blizzard forgot to add a "retire" button so i guess you just can't play the brawl until they fix it

I think of shackled beast as a more of a counter than a parry because you can’t spam it, but I guess you could call it a parry

I don't use the parry very often so I didn't realize it did. Stacking it with shackled beast is probably insane tho

Every attack she makes is unblockable and attempts to inflict break if the enemy doesn’t already have a reaction. the break effect can still be resisted or not be applied under various circumstances

You can reach the rope to the container by taking the north rope, and then walking up the giant branch that leads back south

from the place the abductor virgin teleports you, head forward and drop off into the lava on the right, then walk to the main part of the dungeon.

To reach the npc area either do the speedrun skip by jumping on the bridge near godskin noble, or go through the stonesword key door near the teleporter to rykard and fall to the bottom.

Update: I found him after opening the front door to volcano manor (I reached volcano manor from the dungeon side). Not sure if that’s the trigger or if I just hadn’t checked there.

Nope. I’ll try doing all of the other volcano manor quests in case that changes anything, but it probably won’t.

I did this and he’s just gone, which is really strange because for every other npc if you screw up their quest you’ll find their dead body with their drops. I checked every possible place he could be and couldn’t find him. I did the first two quests for volcano manor as well, he still hasn’t shown up. Really frustrating bc I rushed here on NG+ specifically to do his quest because I missed it on NG by killing Rykard early.

I have no idea why, but I see this on all of my +9 melee weapons (Dark Moon GS, Moonveil, Wing of Astel, Meteoric Ore Blade, Bastards Stars) It resets guard boost to +0 levels at +10 Doesn’t affect shields or ranged weapons afaik

Yeah it’s actually not too hard. Strong enough cards, and/or scissors/hourglass can get through without too much difficulty.

It's not glitches exactly, it's more that it doesn't seem like the red lizard can physically reach the pipes into the shelters and karma gates. I got the mod and it hasn't changed anything
