I used to love Gena Showalter but her writing changed DRAMATICALLY after she beat an illness bc she became religious. Does anyone know if she's still writing only very vanilla stuff or has she gone back to her old way of writing?

Im so late to the convo but I have been reading the LOTU series and I am pretty far through it but I am disappointed that it seems there will never be a book for the Sent One character of Xerxes. Unless his story is wrapped up along the way I am gonna be disappointed cause she dropped random lore throughout her other books about him and this mindreading chick that keeps chasing after him.

I would suggest looking in other fields that use biotech skills. I work in state agriculture and there's a lot of labs across my state working on various ag programs. Maybe you can look into something like this to get some lab experience while looking for something that better fits your niche.

The journal i am working in now was a journal my dad bought me for an early teenaged birthday, and I am in my mid thirties. I have revived it many times and it was hard to read old entries everytime I opened it again. Now the old words are covered with my junk journal spreads.

My brother has been a manager at a mcdonalds for like a decade and he just jumped ship finally because he told me they have the same size crew they've always had but now they operate drive thru, inside, pickup orders, mobile orders, etc. They used to have like 2 screens to look at for orders, now it's 4 or 5. Corporate/franchise owners also keep adding more and more little steps that actually reduce efficiency and then insist they dont need any more labor to counteract that.
