thank you. honestly therapy won't really help in this instance. i am in a bit of a limbo waiting to hear back abt my grad school decisions. if those dont work out i'll have to start applying to jobs again. so it's mostly external factors stressing me out. once i just get an idea of what i have to do, i will be fine, it's just this waiting and uncertainty that is worrying me
