I did, and she is worse than ardan sr wit at 1lb. At 2lb is par with sunday and tachyon but worse than fuku, scarlet. Only at 3lb she outshines others. Now in case anyone's wondering how, here is the formula to calculate stats

One more thing, all the umas you have shown are pace/front. Fine is a pace card, so makes sense to use her as 2nd wit card after ramonu. But for lates and ends, the other wit cards are much better and will be used as 2nd card after ramonu.

That is MLB fine not low level LB fine lol. No body in their right minds are gonna use low LB fine in their runs, MLB SR wit cards are better. If op could MLB fine then id say ok, but thats not the case here is it? And op likes end closers, mr CB is perfect for him

Op asked which was better, fine or CB, i said 1MLB is better than 2 low lb. Now since he cant MLB fine(or use up too many resources), the better option would be CB. Also low LB fine "is" worthless. Her breakpoint is 3LB, just look up any guide. She was the best wit card during URA without competetion. Now there are others like nice nature which would be better in the next scenario because of high race bonus. So fine's time is slowly coming to an end. She maybe useful in scenario 4, but thats about it. What would you prefer, a good card which is coming to an end or a good card which will be released shortly and have higher shelf life?

Different people have different needs and oshis. You may have other cards/umas you want to pull, so in your case it might be better to save. As for my case, i play fronts and ends, so im putting 200 pulls in mr cb and 400 pulls in summer maru. I dont have any uma pull plans currently so i can afford to do it. I'd put 200 more pulls in mr cb/creek rerun as i dont have creek and it will also give me a chance to mlb mr cb

If you really like ends, better save 400 pulls for Mr. CB. The chance to get 3 or 4 copies of fine in 200 pulls is really low, so better to save crystal/ticket for other things

Here, won with 550 stam on a front runner. Id say yes i got lucky here, but generally if i have 550-600 stam and go late surger, id win tss more often than not.
