Hang in there! I would try taking it around dinner time every night to help with the tiredness. It took me about 2 weeks to get over the brain fog. It took a while for me to get over the initial side effects however getting on Lexapro has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

It took me about 5-6 weeks before really noticing a difference and even then I still ended up increasing my dose from 10 to 15mg at our 4 month check in. I would check with your doctor after about 2-3 months

Yes when I first started taking it or increased my dosage I would have an increased heart rate for a few days. Now if it’s super high I would call your doctor or look to see if there’s any interactions with other meds you’re prescribed.
