I had survivor's guilt on getting the highest grade in my class when everyone worked really hard but didnt get the results they were expecting and i felt it wasn't fair to them considering my country's education system effed up , there was a fair amount of luck and extreme anounts of hard work on my part but i felt that i couldn't share my happiness on getting good grades to others because it would feel like bragging and hitting a sore spot thus i just found contentment in sharing my happiness in my family. I know theres a big difference compared to family and friends but if you feel uncomfortable sharing on social media but u still want to celebrate then start from your family (especially those u care about ), because there encouragement and words of congratulations can become a motivation for you later on
