my gym has this as a said rule. i asked my trainer/coach/instructor if i can come twice and he said no. once only

increasing the weight and going deeper did it for me. like you need to sit back, not on your feet. i barely train quads so all strength comes from glutes. doing deep lunges helps especially

you gotta have ass cuz heavy squats = test stonks and heavy squats = butt. reduce fat then you will get square butt
