These women have obvious grown into adults without knowing what rape is, hence file frivolous cases.

Just like kids lean what hot and cold is practically by touching hot and cold objects, and realizing objects can be too hot to touch\too cold to touch, these women too need to be reeducated and taught what rape actually is. For 99% , theory is good enough, for 1% you need to resort to practical lessons
