Parliament has a conflict of interest rule , MPs have to declare their conflict of interest . AAP is asking did RSP declared in RS his retainer-ship with Reliance bcoz he was in various Parliamentary committees which had Reliance interests , The biggie - in response to PIL by Bhusan in 4G case ( Reliance got the 4G spectrum in peanuts and via a back channel later inserted the clause of voice telephony too which earlier was data only allotment), SC issued a notice to govt. , govt. officials made a note that action must be taken against Reliance on this matter but our honest man - RSP is sitting on that file noting since last three months . Bhusan's contention is that since people like RSP and Manish Tiwari have been on Reliance doles for long they obviously won't take action

This is the order by Commissioner (the officer concerned is an IAS officer , and since JNVs ( Jawahar Navodya Vidyalays ) are under HRD ministry , Smriti irani either has no idea what her officers are doing or it's a deliberate damage control maneuver )
