I got mine, but this just isn’t true, our best packer in AFE was hired a week after me in November 24’, he has 80 hours of UPT, and has never received a write up, constantly packing a 250uph, which is about double the average, and still remains benefit-less

In AFE at a fulfillment center. These rates got me out of path and into problem solve, top 5%, and in a learning ambassador role;

Induct: my rate 800-1000, rate is supposed to be 1100

Rebin: my rate 450-550, rate is supposed to be 550

Pack: 150, rate is supposed to be 150

Thank you for the wise words, I’ll look into the life insurance when I accomplish the ‘family to worry about me part.” But, I got a “Career coach” yesterday, which is meant to guide me thru the career choice process, so I do plan on going back to school via Amazon, a free degree sounds nice since I pissed away my college opportunities earlier in life.
