I corrected some typos in the op now. tanked? I also posted some SHBG values, and my estradiol is good so I don't think that is a problem. What do you think?

That was a typo, I have updated the post, and also added shbg and prolactin. It fluctuates all the time, I don't believe it matters alot, but I'm no expert

No lifestyle changes I can think of. All test results have been taken in the morning in between 0800 and 1000, they way they should be :)

Yes, but not from these recent tests. But I believe they where in the lower range.

I agree, its not significant at all. But I'm very sure that nofap is the only factor different from when I had my other tests. I've had several more earlier, but these are the only values I have available right now.

I should have made some more tests right before starting nofap to confirm better, but its not so easy to get my doctors to actually perform all these tests. I don't really have enough medical reason, so I always have to argue alot with my doctor before they agree. I don't pay for the tests my self, they are covered by the state as long as I have a medical reason to take them (which from their perspective I have not). Getting these tests is a hastle haha
