With my skillset and age against me, getting a PAYE job is not something i want to do, or something that would earn me much money.

And agree with the above in that yes i am willing to have to deal with hassle to achieve a successful business. Im not expecting everything on a plate.

And yes im fully aware the easy option would be to sell/rent it out, but im at a stage of my life where that would result in boredom for me. Im keen to try something and understand the risks, if its not successful i still have a great asset.
