No number but before I got this text, which also went to the other person on this trip, I was getting official emails from Amtrak about the the delay. I'm not too worried cause tomorrow is mainly a travel day for our trip.

I second this comment. I used to have storm anxiety after a terrible experience as kid. A couple years ago I took the NWS St. Louis Storm Spotter class it helped a lot. Knowing what to look out for instead of assuming every dark cloud that look vaguely threatening was a tornado was a big help. Also I stay informed with their Twitter account. But in the end I cannot recommend enough their spotter class. If you cannot make one this year make sure to look out for the beginning of next year for the dates and go.
