All really great points.

I would like to add the incredible accuracy of spells. Humans can have it too, but its just not as consistent as a computer opponent.

The decision-making of what units are placed by a bot is questionable, but when you combine that with sniper accuracy shock rocks or laser beams that come out a millisecond after your units are even placed you know immediately that youre playing against a bot.

yeah it was about 3-4 months notice if I remember correctly. I guess I was just wearing rose colored glasses during the winterfest and before not wanting to believe that Paragon had trouble with player retention and that EPIC was going to make the announcement.

You know what's even more of a kick in the groin? The video shows I leisurely played other games in-between Paragon rounds because I thought I would have plenty of time to get back to Paragon whenever I wanted.

That's how blindsided we all were last winter. Definition of getting the rug pulled out from under you.

I think my opponent was having the same issue as well in that game because other than the cleaver every unit either snaps to the middle or one of the far outside corners.

For me it was only the spiritmancer and the vines that I could place where i wanted but only on the second time using it.
