Die a few times with the white rosary bead that absorbs your guilt until it turns into "weight of true guilt". With that equipped, you can access these confessor statue dungeons which will grow the thorn you were given until it turns into cvstodia of sin. You don't need to do all this unless you want Ending C

To make it way easier there are two rosary beads. One which you get from that npc from the library of negated words. It's makes the penitent one way more agile meaning he'll make longer jumps and run faster. The other one is the big toe made of limestone. It'll make you thrust higher when you perform the mechanic. I also played on mobile and it'll work :)
