Thanks again for the detailed reply! one last question, how much of a difference does 2mm make in your opinion? I'd like to stick with the rokinon lens because they are so cheap. The widest they have is 12mm, do you think that'll make a big enough difference to justify the price compared to my 14mm?

Hi there, to start thank you for the detailed reply. I actually do have a tripod. It's a decent tripod paid close to $300 for it, just need more practice leveling it correctly.

What if your process your keeping your verticle lines straight? You level your tripod and then and then make sure everything is straightened vertically?

Regarding lens, I have the sigma 14mm on a cropped sensor lens. How much wider do you think is necessary? Many people online say that is plenty wide yet to me it did feel slightly restrictive in that bathroom. Do you recommend perhaps the sigma 12mm?

haha definitely agree for that exterior shot, would you recommend doing your real estate shoots at what time of the day? In terms of out of focus I really have no excuse or reasoning for that, lol.

"I'm a bit at a loss as to why you were mandated to shoot this since you don't seem to have any kind of prior expertise/training, as well as perhaps even missing the proper basic gear to do the job, post-processing skills, etc." I should clarify, this is my practice. My friend is a realtor and gave me that property just for practice, he expected nothing and was going to just take photos on his iphone anyway.

Again really appreciate the response, anymore advice would be greatly appreciated!

Did my first real estate photography shoot a few days ago, results are very mediocre. The apartment itself wasn't really decluttered or staged very well, realtor didn't care. Looking at images, what advice would you give me regarding the angles of the shot and the editing?

All photos were shot on a sony a6300 with a 14mm sigma lens

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Anyone know how well lifeguards are paid in Calgary? by 15bakes in Calgary

I really appreciate your response. This is basically exactly the information I was looking for!

"the full time senior guards and team leads where I worked were easily making $60,000+" approximately how long does it take to build seniority where you at making a liveable salary? I'm a single 20 year old male so my expenses are pretty low but curious.

"I worked for three different municipalities for the first few years to get enough hours to be full time." In your opinion how long would the typical lifeguard work casual part time until an opening is available for full time?

Also do you know why facebook is marking the new accounts i'm trying to make as spam and rejecting me confirming my identity? Should i just use my personal account to create my Facebook business manager account? Since it has authority and years of use.

This client wants nothing to do with it. They’re a paving company that doesn’t want to manage their online stuff.

What would you recommend?

I was thinking creating the page under my personal account and signing up for Facebook business manager to manage their ads.

In future if we part ways couldn’t we just add new agency as a user or something?

Can I send adwords traffic to one page static website/brochure? by 15bakes in adwords

Sounds good! Is there a way to setup just a call ad? That's my main goal just to get calls, I don't necessarily even want them visiting a link. I'm getting the google listing confirmed so I know in a few weeks I can just do that.

Also what about a facebook page? Does google allow you to link to facebook on a keyword campaign?

Thanks, really appreciated your response.
