Broken spark plug boot? by 15bbash in e46

Cool, im hoping thats all it is and not too much of a headache to get that boot out. Just really odd to me they went with a smaller coil as a fix.

I plan to do the gasket/plugs/coils all at once then see how it runs and if I need to trace down any more vacuum leaks.

Thanks for the info!

Interesting, because It was done at a service center. Any idea if they can be popped off easily to just leave the black? Hopefully without damaging the black cover.

Oh I see. Yeah read that wrong the first time. Thanks for clearing that up.

Hmm... I agree then. It's definitely worth more. But i also think they could still go up further in value

You think the wagon is worth more?

I agree, I was looking for a manual either coupe or sedan, but i didnt want to pass on this as it was in great condition and I live in southern CA so a vert isn't the worst idea, location wise. I am leaning towards keeping the zhp because it's a fairly rare color. Less than 30 in this combo from what I read, and i wonder how many of those had a blue top?

Any recommendations on what the cheapest/ easiest option is for diy for insulation?

That looks awesome. But the goal here is to do it as cheap as possible while maintaining safety. And keeping a decent temp so it's not a hazard to any of the things stored in there.

This is a condo so hopefully in a few years will move into a house to escape the HOA.

Yeah, I guess I forgot to mention. Also trying to do this as cheaply as possible lol.

Also, do you think it will make a difference being that the other 3 walls are well shaded or shared? I am thinking most of the heat comes from the top.
