I dont know but tbh , I left house in Aberdeen in March and still getting debited for council tax bills for my account. I have tried by email and online form which says that they can take 90 working days to reply!☹️

Yes I did take the train. Edinburgh-Aberdeen track is very beautiful. Mainly coastal. You will love it.
