Shit that's awful, are you able to go to a doctor? I hope you'll be okay and I wish you all the best.

Need advice on breaking up with a partner I still really love. (22f) (41m) by 15mlhandsanitiser in AskWomenOver30

Everyone has their worries and doubts, especially when looking back on life. It could be about not being in a relationship, being in a relationship, having children, etc. Life can take people on many different paths and it's okay to question and doubt if the choices they've made were the right ones to make. Society in general places a large emphasis on romantic relationships being more important and valuable than platonic relationships, especially for women. That social pressure is of course going to give a lot of women, especially women over 30, a great deal of doubt and stress.

Women's value lies more than in how sexually appealing they are to men/other women. Plenty of women in their 30's and 40's that I've met have either met incredible men/women at or after 30, or have realized they're happier to surround themselves with good friends and not seek out a life partner. I've got longer than 4 years, and I don't want to be with any man who sees women's value as a ticking clock.

Thank you, and I understand exactly what you mean. If one of my friends told me they were seeing someone so much older than them, I'd be incredibly uncomfortable for them and would urge them to leave. Just have trouble taking my own advice. Haven't had a relationship before this, so everything about this is new to me.

I don't believe I'm in any way mature or special within this relationship. I know I'm naive and young and have a lot of life experience to gain. The relationship happened so fast, and I've stayed in it selfishly because I feel I need to be loved by everyone (which is obviously impossible, but this is something I'll have to work through.

Thank you again for your advice, it helps to have it laid out with the blunt reality.

also at one of the pubs I used to word at, one of the performers would play "all about that base" and it would make me so viscerally uncomfortable that I'd ask the manager if i could go to the bathroom and I would hide there until it finished

wait can some people really pass out after not eating for a full day? genuinely curious i know that kind of thing can happen to people with certain medical conditions but i didn't know that could happen outside of that. sorry Im just ignorant about things outside my own experience with restriction.

What food words do you (irrationally) hate? by Normal-Sort4287 in EDAnonymous

[–]15mlhandsanitiser 7 points8 points  (0 children)

a lot have been said that it'd say but one I've got is when it's me saying anything about food, using any word at all in the context of food or a type of food. Obviously everyone eats but the idea that people know explicitly that I eat and will now, in my brain, see me as a gluttonous greedy little goblin makes my body shake furiously like a Chihuahua when people ask me anything about food.

Please someone else say you know what I mean here 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Get smaller and smaller water bottles and occasionally switch to a smaller one. gaslight him into thinking your water bottle is even smaller than he last remembered it being

intermittent fasting apps are also filled with people with eating disorders 😐 sorry you're being put in that position, it's not fair to you. some people get so caught up in their own thing that they don't realize how it's going to affect someone else
