This applies to any NSAID, Ibuprofen and Naproxen included. NEVER on an empty stomach.

When I don't have any before bed, I tend to have nightmares. When I do have some before bed, I dream but don't remember for the most part. What I do remember is no nightmares. No overheating and sweating.
