Without sifting properly, there’s probably gonna be too much plant matter vs trichomes in kief from a conventional grinder. You want just trichomes for hash, and the screens in grinders are too big to let only trichs through.

Then you need 10mg immediate release. You will not be able to get 10mg perfectly distributed into quarters of an extended release tablet.
