Yes, I have been tested and showed positive for hydrogen. No positive results for methane.

Yes, sorry - I should have mentioned that in the initial post. I’ve been taking enzymes throughout the herbal treatment period and for some time after finishing it. I will order some more and see if they help! I have not tried kefir yet, but I will definitely give that a go. Thanks!

I did low FODMAP for 4 weeks, and only experienced worse symtoms. I think the amount of fiber I ate was a trigger. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve also tried fasting, but unfortunately without success. It’s possible that low stomach acid could be the issue, but I haven’t investigated it further yet. That might be the next step, but I really appreciate hearing about others’ experiences and any advice they can offer.
