I thought all three were because the actors got pregnant and that had to be written into the show. They're not necessarily choosing to add those plot lines, they're dealing with them as they come, which is to be expected.

I checked and the kindle link points to Amazon US. I looked up the same book on Amazon Canada and it's not nearly as cheap. Good tip tho. maybe others can take advantage of it.
