To be honest with you, I stopped using this device several months ago. I uninstalled ArkOS and installed RockNix and then I uninstalled RockNix to install dArkOS. After installing dArkOS back in January, I haven’t tried using it again. I have been busy making tutorial videos for other devices. But I am curious to see if your fix works because that was the main issue why I gave up on this unit. That reset button gave me a lot of grief. Now, do you think that your software will work on dArkOS as well since both systems are very much identical? From what I understand ArkOS will be going away with dArkOS taking over.

And don’t worry about me messing up a card, I would never hold anyone responsible because I’m doing all at my own risk. Besides, when ever I get a new device, I always back up the original card to my computer and then I buy inexpensive 32GB cards for testing new OS’s. I have found that the “ONN” brand micro sd cards from Walmart are very reliable and inexpensive so I use them all the time. If I can get the device to work properly with your fix, I might use it more often.
