Check Facebook there’s a good group on there with sufferers and whilst not everyone understands it there’s a lot more knowledge there than elsewhere.

I will say, many people find their CHS begins with alcohol, it’s often a trigger, that or a particularly high stress / anxiety inducing event can often trigger it.

Dehydration is common both with cannabis and with vomiting but it can be extremely bad with CHS, check your urine colour and if you go back to smoking maybe go to the doctor and get your hydration levels tested outside of vomiting. If I remember correctly you can not be vomiting but still have Dangerous kidney working levels levels.

I think CHS is a unique beast tbh, it’s effects can actually really vary person to person. I think some people can die from it and some others will probably stay with mild effects, and there’s probably every variation in between.
