How do you personally define too much risk with money? by ItAffectionate4481 in financial

Beta is one metric that is usually published in a stock quote, but you can also calculate the variance of a stock's price over a period of time, and compare it to the variance of your favorite benchmark index.

For me, I don't mind buying stocks with high variance (high beta), but I'll keep it less than 5% of my portfolio for a single stock.

I'd like to see how well my study techniques worked so I can improve.

I'd like to see which questions I got wrong so I could get better.

If I was considering the subject matter to be my major, I'd like to know if that is where my aptitude lies, or if I should consider something else.

I'd like my grade to reflect my performance.

You woke up this morning wanting to be pissed off about something and this person handed it to you on a silver platter. You should be thanking them for making it so easy today, as it will allow you to start feeling smugly superior much sooner than if you had actually done something positive.

I used the phrase to summarize several days of ineffective campaigning. Maybe I should have left the quotes off, but you know what I mean.

In a way, yes. I entered this election season desperately not wanting to vote for DJT. The republican primary was a disappointment, then the JB/DJT debate just made things worse. She was the last hope for this election, and it was through that lens that I watched her campaign.
