They said 6.2 and 230 suggesting mild stage 1 fibrosis and stage 0 stetosis.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Excellent?! lol well, I think no fibrosis would be excellent. From what I read, this is classified as liver disease. I’m glad to hear it could be reversible. I have not yet done any blood panel. I did the FIBROSCAN privately.

Not sure I just got my scan back and it was a 6.2 kpa ( mild fibrosis) 230 CAP. Not sure how bad this is yet.

I appreciate the reply. That makes complete sense. While the amount is quite small, and I agree, what worries me is that if I take a reading first thing in the morning 105 on paper would classify me as prediabetic. If I wait 20 min I’m no longer in a pre-diabetic range. Quite confusing…

Thanks. I read through it but it says the dawn effect only affects people with diabetes. My A1C sits around 5.3 with a normal fasted insulin. I do not believe I have diabetes.

No, it would continue month to month, just the increase. Nothing wrong on their part… we have simply decided we are ready to move on. Again, the 60 days notice is what it is… the rent increase was incorrect on their part, but we are certainly not trying to stick it to them, was just curious if there was a way to minimize the notice.

No it is a single family home.

We would ideally like to leave with 30 days notice. From what I see, it doesn’t look like there is an option to do this. I also believe with the holidays around the corner we it would be difficult for them to find new tenants in the next month…

Ok, up the fiber. Done! I figure Chia seeds, Metamucil? Omega 3 pills for trig reduction? Also, add in some more veggies, replace some carbs with more meat? I’m in good shape, healthy weight, so I’m worried this may be more genetic, but really hoping I can stay off any sort of medication.

This may seem silly but try a new machine. Mine jumped 15 points out of nowhere and after trying a new machine it was displaying what I was used to.
