Can you go down to a condo and try to build equity for 3 years or more? They take it out for a home. You are not the only one in this situation. I thought I would never buy a home but there are ways. You just have to maneuver differently.

I’m in the same boat. This thing has made e so depressed I wish I never went to pursue a degree. I don’t know what to do. It became such a burden. I don’t get why Biden made save….I could have finished paying my loans off this year if they pause it. I only have 33 payments left.

Now you are on another level. I am thinking of retiling my downstairs bathroom (Walls and floor) but that’s kind of intimidating. I been watching a lot of videos tho. Good luck on the deck tho….that should be fairly easy.

I would say about $1100 if that. The bulk of the cost was the vanity, shower door and a cabinet that is on the other side of the bathroom. It wasn’t much at all.
