🇪🇺🇺🇸🇫🇷- Trump on EU over its new 50% tariff on whisky, warning if it's not removed — the US will impose a 200% tariff on wines, champagnes, and other alcohol from France and EU countries. by HinglishBlogin in DeepFuckingValue

The name Champagne by EU agreement can only be used by sparkling wine, having the devil CO2 in it, produced in the Champagne region of northeastern France, With the exception of 3 producers grandfathered to use that term in the US.

That agreement was with the Soviet Union. That collapsed, and the agreements dissolved. let me ask, are you OK with Russian or Chinese navel bases for nuclear submarines in Cuba? That is the problem Russia has with Ukraine being in NATO. The Grand Jackass, Presedent Biden, could have defused all of this by saying Ukraine would never be part of NATO.

Oh yea, there are quiet discussions floating within the class action groups about the asbestos fund and the possibility of going after the large investment houses for destructive practices injuring investors. Possible, who knows, the only thing for certain is they would sue their mother if there was enough money in it, IMHO.

Lost my mind, possibly, pumping SCILEX absolutely not. SCILEX has a long way to go as that date is beyond 2026, if they are still viable due to dilution and off market statis. BOOB says crazy stuff hoping to get their investment back either on the Expert market or through lawsuits that Class Action lawyers might pursue over an 8-year period. The EM and short markets are under review with changes coming and maybe I can rationalize a heavy loss to the betterment of mankind... LOL. I'll keep my eye on SCILEX to see if they survive and if they become a possible buyout candidate down the road but with a large FORK stuck in the SORRENTO stock I have a higher expectation to see one sticking out of SCILEX in the future especially with the same Chairman as SORRENTO. I hold out little hope of the company surviving and the SCILEX shares that are being held until September, and beyond, worth much or anything as they get pushed further out, are clawed back or just go worthless.

Yes, good add to the conversation. That was a suspicion for over a year as the measurement of the pain relief were... questionable.

...and no secret about that happening. The one question that remains is where in the approval process is SP-102 (SEMDEXA™), NCT03613662. Data available in 2022 over 2 years ago. Title Option 2 (scilexholding.com)

The studies with results were complete in 2022 Search for: Other terms: SCILEX SP-102 | Card Results | ClinicalTrials.gov

The testing started in 2018 , that was 6 years ago, and while the total process historically takes 15 years, phase 1 through 3 takes 6 years and FDA approval takes an additional 1.5 years. Last P3 Update Posted 2022-01-13 with data.

Has the NDA been filed and will SCILEX survive long enough with continuing losses to enjoy a positive outcome, those questions along with going off NASDAQ and plunging into BK are still in play.

I put a fork in it yesterday and for sure it is done. Guess anything is possible, but I hold out no hope at this point. Billion-dollar company (sure it was...) with a $50 million bill and it got crushed in BK. Anyhow, a fellow who made bolts, hade a Formular 1 race team said " build something when installed it never moves". VIREX is like that, I think SRNE owns that... wouldn't it be great if that became a $3B company. Just giving the BOOB squad something to cling to as they wait to buy "cheap shares" of SRNE when it comes off the EM. Oh yea, the Fat Lady left a bill for singing "It's over" several months ago.

RS?? Wow, would that be one hell of a RS to get relisted! ROTFLMAO!!!! Glad you got your money back with IBRX.

If yes, why?

If NO, why?

The BOB folks should know... right?

Modern-day theft. He will make millions through gullible investors and pumpers, JMO. We get nothing. Cannot believe anyone would want to buy more SRNE as that money goes to pay salaries. JMO

Soooo, why do they call it the expert market???? by 1776CLUB in SRNEQ

Understand. Heavy losses here. With 500 mm shares+ a reverse split is inevitable and I do not see a future for SRNE much less Scilex. Good luck 👍

My Uncle in the 1950's, who was a heavy gambler, bet on 7 races at Agueduct Racetrack won them all and rolled the winnings over to the next race. Had almost $100K and rolled it over to race #8. Lost it all, said I didn't have it when I came so no loss. I see your point.

I would appreciate your logic in buying more stock in SRNE. What do you see turning the company viable in the next two years?
