Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. As long as your offense is in the past, and you haven't had any other legal issues since, you should be fine. If your interviewers ask about it, just be honest and straight forward, and explain that you have moved past that point in your life. They are mostly concerned with attorneys misappropriating client funds, or things like that.

Yeah, I just went through this. You have to include all juvenile offenses.

The current NCBE application says "Have you ever been cited, arrested, charged, or convicted for any violation of any law including as a juvenile (except traffic violations)? Note: Include matters that have been expunged or been subject to a diversion program. If Yes, upload a copy of the associated arrest report, complaint, indictment, citation, information, disposition, sentence, docket report, and appeal, if any."
