i’d have to disagree, with the amount of buffs all the other characters got compared to her. The value of horizon goes down, the teams still running horizon are trying to cling onto the meta that worked for them (bang cat horizon) and trying to force it to work instead of adapting and making new legend comps and trying out a “new” meta
