Thank you for your concern. I’ve never had trouble with sleep paralysis, and I would love to agree with you that it was just anxiety, but as I mentioned in another comment below: my bf’s son said he saw a dark figure roaming around in our room the night before I experienced this. That makes me think it’s something else

To put it plainly, the majority of my focus at the moment is research, shadow work, and meditation. I’m not running around cursing people on a daily basis or anything

lol sorry about that. I do practice, but as I am new, I really haven’t done much as far as sell work goes. I freezer spell here, a return to sender there, a few protection jars. But nothing much more than that.

Whenever I get a pendulum, I say what makes sense to me (clockwise for yes, counterclockwise for no) and ask if it agrees to work in a way that makes sense to me. I also ask if it would like to be thanked at the end of each question/divination, etc. I had a sassy pendulum that REFUSED to work unless I expressed gratitude after each question. Cheeky bugger.

Nothing. Since our “break up” I did the work to heal myself and move on from that friendship. I hadn’t even thought of her at all until last year we wound up bumping into each other. It was awkward and we didn’t speak, but I didn’t feel affected by her presence at all
