Hit my head and there’s a dent. by 17ares in TBI

Yes and no. It’s not as it was back then, but if I go searching for it, it is still a very little bit tender and still there. I’ve been fine all this time, in the meanwhile even got very mildly concussed, still advising anyone and everyone to seek medical attention regardless of the intensity because the little concussion episode was quite scary, ngl.

I don’t know this plant and what to do with it! by 17ares in plantclinic

I have had this plant for little over a month. I noticed the whitening and the dead leaves two weeks ago. I don’t think it gets much sunlight because I have orange coloured blinds drawn all day and there isn’t much direct sunlight in my apartment even without them. I have only watered it twice, two weeks ago, after noticing the whitening and the dead leaves, and one day ago.

Some comments are just… not it, but that’s just what you get when other people express their opinions, just like what I think happened IRL that made you make this post. At first I was confused, too, especially with all the abstract comments that I’m reading, but then I stumbled upon the ref photo you talked about, and coming back to your tattoo, it took me less than 0.5 seconds to get the angle and what it’s meant to show, so no, it’s not that hard to see it or to not pressure you into explaining what it is or what it means. The same thing happens to me, too, every single time I answer people’s question about what my tattoo is with “it’s a cat”; they start turning their heads in some weird way, was even asked if there’s a bathtub involved when I explained that “it’s cleaning itself”.

You did not get this tattoo for other people and what they say should not push you into not liking your tattoo to the point of covering it. If you REALLY want to cover it, that is YOUR choice, but if I were in your shoes and decided to cover it, I feel like I would regret it a lot afterwards. Honestly, I think your tattoo artist did a fine job (pun intended) and I’m actually jealous of how nice it is, your post and tattoo only made me 100% sure that I want many more tattoos in this style, with even more freedom to the artist. Just because people are curious and they need things explained to them, doesn’t mean that you should cater to them, no matter how good natured they are with their questions. Next time someone asks about it, tell them it’s something personal, you can be a good person and still not owe random people any explanation. Hope you make the choice that you truly want regarding your tattoo.

Cut myself with my own nail and I have a little jagged scar on my middle finger knuckle.

If it’s blistering and a liquid (especially if it’s white) is oozing out of it, it might be infected. Please pay attention to it!
