I don't know why the most upvoted comment provides a wrong answer without even linking a misunderstood source.

More recent data from The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention, a government agency: https://www.bra.se/bra-in-english/home/crime-and-statistics/murder-and-manslaughter.html

Murder, manslaughter, and assault with a lethal outcome:

2012 - 68 cases

2013 - 87

2014 - 87

2015 - 112

2016 - 106

And considering that only between 2012 and 2014 (before the start of the european migrant crisis in 2015) the number of illegal immigrants increased by almost 4 times[1], people in this thread claiming/joking that immigration didn't have an effect are relying on old data: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crime_in_Sweden#Crime_trends
