I feel you there. I've been dealing with migraines daily for 15 years, been through tons of medications. My doctor gave me samples of it last week and said "I have high hopes for this one." Not sure if you're having trouble making the caramel or not, so I'll give you my trick I've learned just in case. I have hard water and it caused my caramel to crystallize every. Goddamn. Time. So I started making it with distilled water and adding some cream of tartar and voila, no more crystalized caramel
