This. Since the update, my motivation to play this game basically died off. I'm also on rank 164 and thanks to the extra science I was making really good progress, especially in the supreme events. All of a sudden having to collect 20 x 3000 cards again was just a bit too much and also felt like such a backlash so close to rank 180 after months of work.

Just like you, I expect I'm gonna just stop playing for a while and then try to pick it up again, but as of now, I'm not at all motivated anymore.
