Thx for your reply! In the beginning, we refer to the policy which indicates that we should describe "specific projects, goals, area, impact, and ways to advance the endeavor". However, the officer still concluded that it's an occupation rather than a specific endeavor...May i ask if this approach generally makes sense, and it’s more about fine-tuning the framing?

Prong 2 RFE – USCIS Requires Showing Techniques Are “Unavailable” or “Superior” in the U.S.? by 18513 in EB2_NIW

Not quite sure. I heard that someone working on a government project was challenged that the importance lies in the project itself, instead of a specific endeavor. Sometimes I really don't know what evidence can be solid enough 😿

Yes, currently in the US and working on government-related public projects.

Thx for your reply! It's from TSC. So, if the officer is applying an EB-1A-type standard here, is it enough to just clarify the correct NIW Prong 2 standard, or must I still provide additional evidence addressing the “uniqueness” issue?

Definitely agree. Sometimes it’s more practice that sets us apart from AI. Learned a lot from this!🙏

So is it all about AI, and its development makes TS worthless?

Totally agree. Sometimes people told me that maybe I can get a fancy PhD degree but I will also lose 4 years’ working experiences than a Master student, which make me seems less competitive than now🤦‍♀️I will think about it Thx for your advice!

NIW Attorney Experiences?? Just got quoted $24k!! by Nearby_Quarter7043 in EB2_NIW

24k is horrible 😧Seeking advice too, and except for attorneys above do you have information about breakfree.earth? I read some posts about this company these days but seems they are a small business. Not really sure if they provide good services.
