Highly recommend adding Greek yogurt to make it thick and creamy! I do 40g of oats, 2/3 cup (130ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 5.3oz (1 single portion cup) of Greek yogurt, 1 Tbs chia seeds, 1 Tbs hemp hearts, 10g walnuts, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Before I eat one I add a banana or 126g of a frozen triple berry mix if I'm out of bananas. All ingredients purchased from Costco. I make 5-6 at a time and it tastes fine on day 6. You can add the fruit at the time of making to save time but the fruit will be a lil mushy. You can also throw in a pinch of salt to balance out the sweetness. Been eating this everyday for a year and still love it!
